Intelligent Implant Systems is a spine company
with expertise in designing and developing innovative products for the spine
surgeon and patient. We generate novel new intellectual property which addresses
limitations of existing procedures and enhances implant technology. We then
work to turn the patented concepts into proven, unique products which are
ready for commercialization.
Rapid Prototyping
Intelligent Implant Systems utilizes advanced rapid prototyping equipment. With the EDEN 350V system, we are capable of producing prototype implants and instruments from both flexible and rigid polymers within 1-6 hours.
Our extensive prototype machine shop is able to produce production quality implant and instrument prototypes from conceptualization to design verification and validation testing through all steps of FDA approval.
